A shorter version of our heart pumping spinning class. This class will set you up for a great day in only 45 minutes.

Vinyasa classes use the linking together of movement and breath to create a ‘vinyasa flow.’ Every class will be different, because the postures can be put in any order. These classes cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Pre-registration for this class is required.
