The Rocks’ Annual Wildflower Festival

Join us Saturday, June 1, 2024 for a celebration of New Hampshire’s wildflowers.

The day centers around two guided, three-hour wildflower ID walks, led by wildflower enthusiast Ginny Jeffryes and The Rocks’ Senior Outreach Manager Nigel Manley. The walks take place on the historic Mile Path, which is typically off-limits to visitors, and discuss the property’s storied history, the array of plants growing there, and the forestry work done as part of The Rocks’ long-range forest management plan. Choose the morning walk, from 9 AM to 12 PM, or the afternoon walk, from 1 to 4 PM.

This year we will have three complementary wildflower workshops, with morning and afternoon time-slots, so visitors can make a day of it!
