Apprenticeships work with any size business – below are just a few occupations that could be developed for your organization with one year competency-based apprenticeship programs:

Hotel Manager, Facility Manager, Line Cook, Chef De Partie, Housekeeper, Barber, Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Manicurist, Massage Therapist, Store Manager, Office Manager, Operations Management, Sourcing Recruiter

ApprenticeshipNH, a workforce program of the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH), is offering incentive funding to support launching or expanding a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) to help fill critical workforce demands and provide opportunities in high demand industries. Criteria for incentive funding eligibility is as follows:

• $4,000 when standards signed for a new RAP within three months of submitting application
• $500 per apprentice (up to maximum of eight) retained for six months from start date of RAP
• ApprenticeshipNH awards funding on a rolling basis until all funds are expended
