Strength: Winter Sports Addition
November 11 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
This class focuses on building strength and stability needed for skiing, snowboarding, xc skiing and snowshoeing. We will use a mixture of body weight, free weights and resistance bands to strengthen the entire body. We will work out in a group or in a circuit. Be prepared to feel stronger and have your best winter session yet. This class is only 45 minutes.
