An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until October 12, 2022
Boot camp workouts will vary but generally they will include a mix of strength training and aerobic elements. One boot camp workout might stress calisthenics while another stresses military-style drills. In essence, a boot camp workout is a type of interval training ( bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity). Sometimes we will workout as a team other times it will be more of an individualized workout. Each participant will be encouraged to move at their own pace and have fun while doing it.
