Wednesdays at 3:15, 4:15 and 5:15 with Joe Pelletier. The B&B Method is not just Boxing & Barbells, it is a METHOD of teaching BOXING while adding other elements of exercise in a structured and formatted class.

BOXING AND BARBELLS, combines the principles of competitive boxing and weight training. Two time tested disciplines.
