2020 Spring Release Party

Our third annual Spring Release Party plans are in place for the weekend of April 17 – 19, 2020. We are excited to be adding a new twist to the party this year, a Culinary (cooking) Experience. Winemaking, cooking, tasting, savoring, learning, and partying, all in one weekend! Get your tickets today!
The weekend starts off with a wine cocktail reception on Friday, April 17 at the new Atrium Wine Bar, located at the Lincoln Village shops. Then, Saturday morning, prepare to get into the winery with a hands-on activity led by the professional winemakers at Seven Birches Winery. You’ll also make a special dish as you take part in a cooking demonstration, led by Chef Joe. Saturday afternoon, we’ll have lunch and hear from the winemaker before sampling all the wines in the 2020 Spring Release. We’ll take a deep dive into our wine knowledge with an educational wine workshop and the grand finale of the day is a 3-course wine pairing dinner, featuring the foods you made, paired with 3 wines from the release.
