Alongside the Pemigewasset River on Route 3 in Lincoln is a lovely place to get out of the car for lunch, Fay Wayside Picnic Area. Very easily accessible from Route 3 you will find picnic tables amongst the trees. Pets are welcome, but must be leashed. Carry in, carry out location.
