Yoga & Sound Bath

Yoga and Sound Healing at the Lost River Gorge

Enjoy a pairing of these two modalities with two instructors like never before. Enjoy a short and gentle yoga session to help release tension and prepare the body. Then experience the healing vibrations and soothing tones of the crystal bowls.
