Learn how to build a themed charcuterie board and sip a little Seven Birches wine in our relaxed winery located in the Riverwalk Resort. Tips and tricks will be shared to curate a charcuterie box to take home! Everyone will receive a selection of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and accoutrements that they will use to curate, with instructions, a tasty treat to take home or stay and enjoy. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate the season. Bring a friend or plan a get together enjoying some delicious wines!
