Blizzard Splash Pond

Limit 50 people, ages 12 .

The infamous Blizzard Splash Pond returns on Saturday, April 4! Try to make it across the pond for a chance to win big prizes from Blizzard Skis, Bern Helmets and Pit Viper. You have three chances to win: Best Dressed, Best Crash and Overall Champion.

8:30–11:00 a.m.: Registration in Notchview Fireplace Lounge

12:15 p.m.: Costume Contest

12:30 p.m.: Splash Pond starts. The event will run in order of registration.

Valid day ticket or season pass is required for participation.

Rules

• Limit 50 people

• Must 12 years old to participate

• No ski poles allowed

• Contest will run in the order which people sign up – be at the start area by 12:30 sharp 

• Participants will be judged on a 1-10 basis for 3 criteria 

  • Pond-skim form 

  • How far you make it across

  • overall impression 

• Overall Champion with the most points will win a new pair of Blizzard skis

• Prizes for Best Dressed and Best Crash too

• Awards immediately following the event at the judges’ area
